Located between the main highways E8 and E75, and directly connected to the regional road 86, Junnikankangas provides great access to road networks.
Situated only a stones throw away from the city center, Junnikankangas provides access to the rail network which runs right through the city. This means a green transport to both raw materials and workforce.
Since the western coastline is just around the corner, the harbour connections of Kokkola, Raahe and Oulu are easily accessible.
A large portion of the energy consumption required by the industrial area is produced self-sufficiently with renewable energy. Power lines for 20 kV and 110 kV electricity transmission run directly to the area.
Junnikankangas area has a direct access to the main water line – giving the operators access to clean water and effective drainage.
